Six roadnames (Wabash, B&M, Milwaukee, D&RGW, GN, and ATSF) make up the initial Walthers offering of the 40' Single Sheathed Box Car with Dreadnaught Steel Ends. The car is former Train Miniature tooling and The World of HO Scale 1989 is the car's first appearance in the Walthers line. The kit retailed for $5.49.
