Walthers' 1993 catalog lists the General Steel Commonwealth Flat Car as a new model and includes six roadnames (PRR, UP, DRGW, ATSF, Soo Line, BN), plus Undecorated with a $9.98 retail per kit.

Walthers re-issued this flat car under the Classic Kits line.  Notice that the car's labeling now calls it a 54', rather than the original 53'-6".  The retail for the Classic Kits offering was $11.98 each.
