Introduced in TYCO's 1982 catalog is the Operating Pipe Dump Set with Dumping
Station and Pipe Load (No.953). Again using its hopper bin on a 40' flat car, this item's car features a brown flat
with a yellow hopper bin lettered for Mid-Atlantic Pipe Company. This item is last found among the Action Accessories
in 1986, however it does continue to be offered in train sets through 1992.
