M*A*S*H 4077th
1983-1984 (No.40-120)
Bachmann licensed the "M*A*S*H" name from 20th Century-Fox for this train set that debuts in the 1983 catalog.  The set featured an all-camo painted consist with each piece carrying the "M*A*S*H" name.  At the point was an F9-A followed by a 41' Box Car; 42' Gondola; 51' Flat with 2 Trailers; and a 51' Floodlight Car.  Unique to the set was a collection of 10 full color printed Compound Structures; a Helicopter with Helipad; Jeep; Water Tank; 48 Figures; Mountain Paper; a 45" x 36" oval track plan; Power Pack; and Instructions.
