From the introduction of the HO line, Bachmann cataloged a train set featuring the F9 pulling train around a 36" circle of track.  The 1975 catalog first names this set The Diesel Hustler.  The '75 edition included the F9 pulling an Open Quad-Hopper, 41' Box Car, and 42' Gondola, with the Standard Cupola Caboose on the rear of the train.

The Diesel Hustler set receives a motive power change from the F9 to the FT loco.  Bachmann catalogs only a Santa Fe example in 1977 and '78.
