Mantua introduces its Collectibles series in 1996 with a group of engines limited to 2,500 models.
This Collectibles release was a New York Central 4-6-4 Hudson type steam engine. The series of Mantua Collectibles included
a wood base with section of HO-scale track and brass name plate.
Mantua produced a sixteen page full color 6 by 9 inch catalog listing this series of releases. The regular 1996 Mantua annual
product catalog also included selections from this Mantua Collectibles series.
