This base tooling for this kit originated in the Life-Like line as the Morrell House kit.  Life-Like recycles its early '70s suburban house kits in the middle 1980s.  For the second appearance, the Morrell House kit receives a satellite dish antenna and becomes Life-Like's Rural Residence.
