Life-Like's 1971 catalog includes two variations for this accessory.  The above picture is from Life-Like's 1974 catalog and the Over 'N Under Freight (08115) set.  For $10.95, you could purchase the version that came complete with section track.  Also sold was a version that included only the piers and bridge and it sold for $4.00.  The early '70s versions have what appear to be stone or cement piers.  By 1974, Life-Like has moved to the zero-leading stock numbers and these Over'n Under sets get new numbers.  The retail for the version with section track was $14 in 1974 and the track-less example was $6 that year.  The last appearance I find for this item is Life-Like's 1978 catalog and it is found as being available only without track that year and retails for $6.00.  There is a statement beginning in 1977 that "new packaging" is included for this item and that would suggest that the Family/Circus box might found for the Over 'N Under set.
