The Pemco Hopper Car Loading/Unloading accessory looks to
be a dead-ringer for the Mantua-Tyco accessory. The hopper is the typical two-bay car included in the Tyco
line for many years. The car displayed in the Pemco catalog is lettered for Viriginian, same as the Tyco model.
I have not seen an example of this accessory and can not comment on the contents of this set from production runs.
