WHAT IS TYCO US-1 TRUCKING?
TYCO's US-1 Electric Trucking was a toy line offered during the 1980s.
Similar to HO-scale slot car racing sets, US-1 Trucking offered various trucks and other vehicles in a variety of playsets.
In addition to basic operation of the vehicles, trucks could be loaded and unloaded. TYCO offered a number of items
for its US-1 Trucking line including Action Accessories, Building Kits and a variety of Highway Tracks.
The US-1 Trucking line, though basically a slot car toy, was unique to TYCO. Whereas TYCO shared
the market for HO-scale electric trains and slot car race sets with the likes of Aurora, Bachman, Life-Like and others, the
US-1 Trucking series was not imitated by any other manufacturer.
