Atlas issued three Chessie System U23-B diesels in HO-scale in 2000. Two came with C&O reporting
marks and accurate roadnumbers, while a third featured Chessie decorated, but no ownership/roadnumber information.
The C&O was the only member of the Chessie System to own U23-B diesels. C&O received 30 examples
of the U23-B from General Electric in 1969.
