Lionel offered two versions of the 50-foot Mechanical Refrigerator Car during its 1970s run in HO scale. The little 40-foot Wood Reefer is an odd piece in the Lionel HO collection for the 1970s is this Kader produced wood side car. The car carries the same reporting marks, A.D.C.X. 8740, as the 50-foot Coors car. No catalog appearances in Lionel's HO 1970s publications for this Coors car. It is mentioned as being a rare item in George J. Horan's "Greenberg's Guide to Lionel HO, Volume II 1974-1977." That book was first printed in 1986 and the car may well have been a difficult find in those days. However, I notice it routinely appears on eBay and often doesn't go for much money at all. It may be more common than thought at the time of Mr. Horan's writing of the Lionel HO book.
