The lure of Glow in the Dark got to Life-Like too.  The Night Rider set is found in the 1980 Life-Like product catalog.  The catalog description states the set has "Glow in the Dark action" and "Glow in the Dark excitement," but never specifically explains this feature.  One assumes a sticker sheet was included in the set, along it could have been applied to the contents as well.  The Night Rider included an oval track plan with Life-Like's Blinking Bridge and 14-piece Trestle Set.  The loco was a Union Pacific GP38-2 pulling a Box Car; Reefer; Gondola with load; and Caboose.
