Brown Box Era HO-Scale Trains
Catalogs

The stuff that dreams are made of...TYCO produced full-color catalogs featuring their train line from the 1960s and before through the end of HO-scale train production in 1993. These catalogs generally included the HO-scale slot racing cars and later found items from the interesting U.S.-1 Trucking line to the Super Blocks building blocks to Garfield telephones and much more.

As mentioned, the final year TYCO had HO-scale electric trains in its catalog is the 1993 edition.  TYCO does continue to print a full-color catalog through at least 1997, but there are no HO-scale trains in the years 1994-1997.

A set of these catalogs is a necessity to anyone interested in TYCO trains.  TYCO catalogs serve as the backbone to this web site and many of the images viewed here are from TYCO's annual product catalogs.
