TYCOKIT Gantry Crane
No.7777 -1977 Release
TYCO's Gantry Crane kit contained 26-pieces and was molded in
5-colors. The assembled crane stood 9-1/2 inches tall. This release, added in 1977 to TYCO's catalog, sold for
$4.50.
The piggyback flat car and trailers were not included in the release. As you can see from the crane's hook,
it was not necessarily an intermodal piece of machinery and perhaps was not especially matched to the rolling stock it was
pictured with by TYCO.
