AHM's 41' High Cube Box Car was manufactured in Taiwan. The car's tooling resembles the Kader-made
example sold under the Bachmann name and Lionel-HO, beginning in
the 1970s. The first HO-scale example in plastic model form for this car was offered by Athearn. The Athearn
40' High Cube Box Car was included in the company's Ready To Roll line first in 2006. A similar smooth-side plug door
40' High Cube Box Car was offered by TYCO beginning in 1978.
